Steroid Monkey or Baseball's Savior? Unfortunately we were unable to get Michael Wilbon to stop by our show, but The Penalty Box cast got to spend some time with the PTI co-host during a recent photo shoot. Wilbon was very receptive to a barrage of questions and was extremely friendly despite Lobo's incessant rambling about the Detroit Piston's Bad Boys team circa 1988. It was a great opportunity to not only get Wilbon's thoughts on a number of sports issues, but also meet a man who has had an influence on our show only rivaled by Maury Povich. By the way, Wilbon's mentor during his development into one of the great sports writers of our time was Shirley Povich, the father of Maury. Coincidence, I think not.
